The University of California, Berkeley is hiring for a variety of academic positions, including a tenure-track position, an associate professor position, and a tenure assistant professor position.
According to the job posting posted on the university’s website, the search for a tenure associate professor is expected to last until January 2020.
The job description says the person must be able to lead faculty and staff in academic research.
The position is not open to tenure holders and is required for students to receive an associate degree.
The posting goes on to say that the position will be responsible for a team of researchers working collaboratively to address emerging scientific and technological issues.
The post also says the job title is expected for a position at Berkeley and that applicants should submit their resume, CV, and research projects.
The Berkeley Job Board has already said it will be hiring more than 100 people this year for faculty positions.
